Southwest Outfitters was built for one reason: make it easy to get the right setup, with support after the sale. We saw too many people buy a paddle board or e-bike based on a picture and a price, then end up with something unstable, uncomfortable, or hard to maintain.

Online shopping can be convenient, but it usually comes with two problems: you are guessing on the fit, and the “support” disappears when you need help. Big-box stores often have the same issue in a different form: lots of inventory, but not much real guidance.
